I actually considered this, but I figured I'm not ripped enough to do it.
I should maybe consider the Kuroko no Basuke tips, but I feel I am a tad to short for it and that I might need to be slightly more ripped for it.
Never heard if Black butler, and I looked into it. I doubt I could make a classy suit, or have the money to buy one.

Sorry man, didn't mean to do that. I was just doing similar shows to K. I also forgot to mention Ginoza from Psycho Pass. He too wears a suit but it's not quite as complicated as Claude's. Even so, I know that even normal suits can get to be pretty expensive, even just to rent one. For your shorter and less toned stature I think Kaoru from Kids on The Slope or Natsuki from Tsuritama would do you well. Those seem easy enough to do.

I'm more videogames than anime, though I read lots of manga.

Out of the images you have there, the shape of your face is rather similar to that of Gordon Freeman, and provided you grew out/cut down/shaved as required, you could easily get the appearance very closely without needing to wear make-up or wigs.
All of this is provided, of course, you can source the costume from somewhere, even if you make it.

For a suggestion, have you considered Commissar Ciaphas Cain from the 40K novel series of the same title? Tac on the sideburns and leave a shadow at best elsewhere, if not clean shaven, and you could likely pull it off.
