I have a really similar body type to these girls and can get decent cleavage with a push-up. 99.9999% of Japanese bras have padding (sometimes removeable), so it's really just boobie tricks. Insanity's based around a lot of jumping/plyo so maybe isn't the best for that then - you could always try doing non-jumping stuff and high reps e.g. press ups, crunches, variations on leg raises/planks. I think pop pilates has some good variations on that, and also if you can find "ballet beautiful" or "extend barre" videos.

Actually it depends on your build, I've been at weights from 110 lbs to 90 lbs at 5'5 and have always had a gap between my thighs while standing like a normal person. I'm also formerly anorectic and even after being force fed 3000 calories per day for 2 months straight I had a thigh gap. /rant

I'm 5'6" with a medium frame and 19% bodyfat percentage. I'm 37x27x39. I weigh 140 and look average. Just saying, muscle is not as heavy as you think it is. Heavier than fat for sure, but not some doubling force. 130 is on the chunkier side for even my weight. Still healthy, but getting on chunky, unless you legitimately have proathelete tier bodyfat %.

The average healthy female adult who exercises is 25-31% bodyfat. That makes her muscle statistically insignificant in terms of misleading weights. Light working out will not produce muscle of that caliber.

I'm 5'6 as well, and when I played soccer, I would always gain 15 pounds of muscle during the season, and end up being 120, and I'm very small framed. My diet wouldn't change at all; I'd just be exercising, and as soon as the season ended, I'd drop the weight after a few weeks/a month. I'm guessing for a girl with a larger frame than me, 130 would look perfectly healthy.

That's only muscle, though; 130 lbs of fat/very low muscle on an average frame would definitely be borderline chunk.

110 should be fine, but then it depends on your frame and build. If you work out that often you probably have more muscle than someone who doesn't exercise, so that might be contributing to your weight. I'd just listen to your doctor's advice. Maybe shoot for 115 or something if want to find a good medium.

I'm between 110-115 and I'm 5'2", but because I don't exercise a lot of that weight is fat. You probably look a lot better at 120 than I do at 110, because more of that weight is muscle (which typically makes you look sleeker/nicer/better).
