Sorta unrelated, but might be important so a heads up. I tried this tutorial when it popped up in the beauty thread a while ago, and it was terrible. I have sensitive, eczema prone skin; and although I'm not allergic to any of the ingredients in the scrub or had any open wounds etc., it made me break out in eczema. I had huge gross red dry patches all over my back and legs, and it became infected and I got pustules all over my hips. I've been to the doctor and it's healing now with some serious corticosteroids, but I have to use super expensive baby skin products and no exfoliating ever again. So to anyone who has asthma (which also means you have high chance of getting eczema) or sensitive skin, stay away from this recipe!

Yoko's body is pretty exaggerated, but that's because she is a cartoon and only through tight lacing or removing some ribs is it possible to get those sort of proportions. Her waist is probably 20-22, and her bust/hips are definitely 36+. Unless a girl is godly gifted with these genes, it can't be done naturally.

Muscle distribution and fat distribution don't work in same way at all. For instance, you can't "target" fat on certain parts of your body with exercise - you tend to lose it all over or in certain genetically-predetermined places first. Same with putting on fat. You put it on in places where you already (genetically) have a propensity for storing fat. If you have a balanced diet with a fair amount of protein, though, there's no real reason why anyone, male or female, can't develop a reasonable amount of muscle if they perform targeted exercises on a regular basis, certainly enough to look a bit "ripped". Some people do develop muscles more easily/quickly than others, but so long as your health is normal there's no reason an average guy couldn't look like any of the guys in the OP post. They're super-bulked up or anything, just somewhat athletic looking. Even someone with a string bean body could look like that if they exercised consistently and did some focused ab workouts.

Free swimmers have large arms.
Fly have the most ripped abs of the group.
Breast have highly developed inner-thighs.
Back have large shoulders.

Obviously if they don't lift, they're not going to look like bodybuilders.
But swimmers definitely look athletic.

Yoko has a ridiculously small waist to make her proportions huge. She is also14 making it super possible to have a 20-22 inch waist. A 24 inch waist is "American ideal" if you actually knew about Japanese standards, they are much smaller.

Also, it is not that it is totally unrealistic, it's just that it's mostly unrealistic for most people to achieve this body type because of genes and where their body naturally stores body fat. It's always, that they're either too fat, boobs are too small, or no dem hips. It's a holy trinity to hit the jack pot on all three
