I can't tell if you're trolling, new to this board, or new to the English language, but cosplayers in general typically aren't creepy, since most of them are dressed up as human characters. They're pretty much just humans in intricate or even normal clothing.

Fursuits, on the other hand, can be pretty creepy. Not only can they look scary, but if you've heard enough horror stories about furries then you'd be pretty creeped too. Especially the furries at non-furry conventions that randomly come up and try to hug you. I saw one in a blue/yellow dog suit that tried doing this to a girl (who looked about 13-14ish) and she screamed and started to cry. That shit is fucked up.

I've never seen anything like this. As far as non-human cosplay goes, the only one I've seen was at my small local con, but it was a fursuit. It had a moveable mouth and that round bend at the upper legs rather than just going straight down like normal human legs that seems more common with mascot suits. It was really well made, which was surprising to see at such a small/new con.

They're really difficult to operate, from my understanding, and you need someone else to help you into the suit. It's also really easy to overheat in them. So as cool as they can be, they just aren't practical for a convention.

the thing about quad suits is the heads are almost always dropping and unnatural looking. I guess they have to be for balance? but seeing all the characters heads point to the ground feels underwhelming.

They also always look disproportionate... Maybe if more guys did them (longer torsos/shorter legs than girls) they might look better, but there's just a physical disadvantage going on and they look crunched.
Also there's a tendancy for them having too long arm stilts that make them look weird.

I hate it when people put their seams with different colors right at the joint where the stilt starts. It makes the transition all the more obvious, like if this person had the blue going just a bit lower it would look a lot better and not draw your eye to the harsh transition to the hard stilt vs soft arm.

Ive been in the fandom for 6 years as a merchant trying to sell my sculpture and art. Ive seen many awesome suits and a few creepy ones. Usually the creepy ones were the cheeper ones or the first time builders type of suits. Not all the crazy stuff you hear about furries is true and not all furries are like what youve heard that is freaky. It only takes a few bad apples to spoil the bunch as they say.
