The good, the bad and the really fucking ugly.

I don't know if Hetalia is still popular in conventions since I haven't been to one in a while. Any clues?

The community in my city is still pretty darn strong and all the cons I've been to this year (although they were small-medium sized) still had a pretty large group of them. I myself also still cosplay the series. I'm actually working on one right now. I have heard a lot of the communities are dying, but like I said, it's still a pretty strong fandom here in this part of the midwest.

The community seems pretty strong in the southwest. Not many new people are coming in, but the people who have been into Hetalia and the community are pretty hardcore. It's not in any danger of dying off.

ATL/AL seems to be in a stasis. It's not very popular, as far as I see, but there are still some dedicated cosplayers. They haven't improved any in the last three or four years.
