Man Paradise Kiss is casual tier compared to NANA though, like the whole George/Yukari thing is kinda depressing but holy shit, everything to do with Takumi and Reira in NANA is heartbreaking. I've read at least part of that one, I think the bullying got too bad for me to stay into it.
