Bit of a bizarre idea I know, but what if she has some kind of skin based camouflage, like the octocamo in MGS4?
If you look carefully in the trailer, her face changes, perhaps she can do that over her entire body? Would be useful for a sniper.

I know she's pretty much naked, but I actually have a theory has to why she's like that.
In the trailer, the facial markings which seem to be paint fade away. I think this might be because she has the ability to change her skin color, and perhaps even texture, to blend into her surroundings.
Not sure if I'm right, but I've never seen anyone else propose this kind of explanation, or anything else really.
