Cardio doesn't affect your physique (unless you're doing >40 mile per week at which point you may lose some muscle); it really just helps with cutting (HIIT especially helping fatloss).

While I am sure the guy in OP's picture's muscles are 100% real, you can get ab/pec implants...That's why this idiot looks like this.

There's also this thing called "ab etching" which is just lipo, but done around the abdominal muscles to make them stand out a lot more/so people don't have to spend a lot of time working out and bulking up.

Not a chance he's roiding. Look at his hips, then look at his shoulders. He's like a fucking tube all the way up. This is probably the only angle he looks good at.

He also doesn't have the "large delts + large traps" tell. His delts are too small. Usually you can get one fine, but not both, and he doesn't have both.
