That's not a good choice for someone busty. I guess it depends on how low the bra brings your size to, but neck-high shirts with bibs and collars are more suited to smaller-breasted girls.

If you want to downplay your bust, get something with not so much going on in the chest area (more ruffles/bows adds more bulk, you want less). Try to keep away from anything that goes up to your neck if you can.

Also you can just google "Gothiclolita indie brands" (google filters out the word lolita, so no space seems to bypass it) for some lists as well.

Indie brands based in areas with larger people are more likely to accommodate for larger bust sizes. Get something that fits your boobs and you can always tailor it down to fit the rest of you.

Okay, here you go:
Since you said you were mostly concerned for the lace then I went ahead and took some pictures for you. I'll start there:
the lace isn't too bad. it's not too thin it could just be better, but it looks okay enough to not condemn the entire blouse. It's not soft by any means, but it doesn't feel scratchy either. Tbh, I'd avoid the black and white because the amount of lace on the blouse it self is quite a lot and it'll stand out even more. To me, that color way is ita material.
I've worn it several times and I do find it comfy enough. The fabric has that typical stiff-like feel to it, but I imagine that it'll go away after several washes. Mine was certainly a lot more stiff when I got it.
As you can see, the bows at the top of the bunny ears are made of satin and so are the details around the collar. I don't mind them, I actually like the satin details around the collar while the bows on the back go ignored more than half of the time since they get covered by my hair.
Lastly, the waist ties are removable.

It's an all around okay blouse to me, nothing special and nothing terrible either.

Whatever you want. Just look at the pictures REALLY carefully. Don't be fooled by pictures of bodyline "worn well" that have pretty filters placed over them. Look at the actual stock photos, because they give you the best ideas about the outfit. They can also help you decide whether the lace on an outfit is questionable or not. Also, if you have a measuring tape, use that shit. You will be miserable in the online shopping world without one.

Keep in mind, it's a great starting place, but if you want better quality, you will have to shell out a few bucks for more expensive clothing. That's what closet child is for, though.

It's a surprisingly active community. They have meet ups pretty much every month, ranging from small, casual gatherings in a suburb or a large tea event in the city. Considering how big it is, It might be a little hard to find someone out of the blue since the group is split between suburban members and city members, and then you've got people who are still in high school, in college, and plenty of older members with careers.

So I just got a hold of my bodyline order - two blouses and the chocoberry skirt. Because they ship in a bag, one of the buttons on one of the blouses is already broken, and the spare one broke as soon as I discovered that it existed! I think she's aiming for a Japanese bjd look. Sounds like a stupid distinction but Japanese, Korean, and Chinese bjds have different stylization. Japanese tend to be softer featured and younger looking (even the adult ones), Korean tend to be more anime looking with large eyes and sharp chins/noses, and Chinese tend to be either craaazy stylized art doll looking things, or somewhat rough looking with longer faces and chunkier features (these rougher ones are also the dirt cheapest, like doll posted above)

I just received a big bodyline order last week. It was an order of 2 dresses, a wig, some accessories/socks and 2 pairs of shoes. I bought this dress in pink and was actually rather shocked that the chiffon used on the bottom of the skirt is actually polka-dotted! It also needed a good ironing when I took it out of the bag, but that's to be expected.
Other than that, the skirt has an EXTRAORDINARILY beautiful shape, and can accommodate as few or as many petticoats you are willing to stuff under it. It's also very comfortable!

The few times i've seen it sold, the rose columns have been far more 'off course' than the stock image. So where it goes rose-blank-rose, the rose part of the bodice meets a blank portion of the skirt.

The seem between bodice and skirt is too jarring too, for me personally.

How does everyone deal with the lack of fullness in their skirts? I recently got the chocoberry skirt, and it lacks so muh fabric in the back I think I might have to buy a second to sew together. Wearing a smaller petticoat doesn't seem to help, since there is such a small amount of fabric used in the rear half of the skirt.
