They're not regarded as attractive, especially on girls. They can completely skew your attractiveness because you have this big weird thing in the direct center of your face.
And in cosplay, most characters are cute little Asian girls, so a giant nose looks even worse.

Personally? I like big noses, or even hooked noses, depending on the person, I think it can make them look unique and stand out more. But, I also think a lot of unconventional/"ugly" looking people and chubby women are hot, so what the hell do I know.

I have the "polish nose" (similar to pic related); it's not huge but a little bulbous at the tip. I can't stand it personally but I've been complimented before...yet I never feel like I can do animu cosplays right bc of their tiny pixy noses.

Ive been thinking of getting the nose right. Ive heard it can be used for the bump, but can also make bumpy noses look awkward. anyone know how affective it is for its price?

Ive also thought of these nose injections they do, with cartilage. but i cant find a price or any information on them.

i also look into the health risks of all these things. so that doesnt help too much either.

I never understood peoples obsession with noses. I have no preference for noses and really just don't care much about them. Though it does get annoying when my glasses slide down my face every 5 seconds because of my low nose bridge.

It's not so much the overall shape of my nose that bothers me as it is the width of the bridge and the fact that my nostrils flare when I smile. I feel like I'm in a catch 22 though, because even if I could get the bridge made thinner my eyes would probably look too far apart.

I have a tiny thigh gap now, maybe half an inch. I'm at my highest weight now though. 24" thighs, 140lbs and 5'7"
at my lowest I was 110lbs and had 17" thighs. HUGE gap. I got the anorexic/eat something comment a lot. Was really annoying.

Honestly, I don't miss my bony legs. I don't get bruises on my legs just from sleeping anymore so I can wear shorts/skirts without looking like I fell down stairs.

Don't worry abut whether you have or don't have a gap! Grass is always greener, etc etc

I have a fairly big and slightly hooked nose thanks to genetics, but I honestly didn't even really notice it on myself until a friend of a friend commented on it one day and suddenly I became super-aware and ashamed of it. I thought about plastic surgery for a while but now I couldn't really be fucked. A big nose really isn't that much of a problem, and it doesn't really get in the way of cosplay as long as I'm careful about picking fairly western characters and avoiding the super moe types (thank fuck for SnK, I can actually do Annie or Hanji comfortably and nose-accurately)

Another girl here with a 10inch difference between her waist and hips. Pro tip shop fro jeans in a Latino owned clothing store, preferably owned and run by Dominican women. The jeans fit so perfectly, and the pants sizes run on a very different system so don't feel fat or bad if you end up with something like a size 10 or 9 because the numbers are different. I have even bought pants from one that was based off of measurement's so it had the numbers for my hip waist and inseam on the tag...

Wide hips = thigh gap. That's just how it is. I was BLESSED (aha.. ha.. sobs) with broad shoulders and narrow hips, so no matter how thin I get, my thighs usually touch.

Still trying to get over that, my issue is lolita though. I fit in brand even though I'm 5'9 and I still feel too fat for it. I'm at a healthy weight now, it's just keeping the motivation to stay that way. Totally not the right way to go about it, but I play the numbers game currently and have set a goal weight that is healthy and never stray from that. I'd get help, but the only hospital my insurance carries is the same one I work at and the same one my roommate works in the mental health department. Oh, not to mention a good portion of my friends work in outpatient records and I work in Admissions so if I had to go IP, then all my coworkers would know as well. And the hospital gossips like crazy so eventually EVERYONE I know would know.

I just wish I could get some form of help.
