Paint a box to look like a nintendo handheld and install some supports to hold it on your shoulders.

Stupidly easy to do, and always grabs attention.
Bonus points if you stick a few sharpies on the back for people to trash up your box.

I hope it's alright to ask here, seems the most relevant thread; I'm currently working on a Mami Tomoe cosplay, and my boyfriend will be coming to cons with me - I've been trying to think of something easy he could do that's PMMM relevant, since he's not super into cosplay, like make a t-shirt with second form Charlotte on it.
