My battle station is the floor.

I just find it more easier than a table for laying out and cutting material. I can position things and step back to see how they look, sit down and have the end of the item supported by my feet as I sew the other end and just have a lot more room and freedom than working on a table.

After looking at these pictures I now feel like a poorfag ;_;

Another floor-person here, at least for layout and cutting fabric. A friend of mine has an amazing huge, standing-height table that is the best thing ever - lots of room + no back strain from bending over stuff - but I have neither the $$$ nor the room for such a luxury beast.
