I don't want to be a naysayer, do what you want with your body.

But I'm also 5'2, and while I feel and look pretty good at about 95, once I drop to around 90 I started feeling shitty. Like headaches, general lethargy, just overall feeling bad.

I'm not sure that I really even looked that different.

Of course, different bodies will do different things, but I just wanted to share my experience

I think one of the key things to watch is the overall calories consumed in a day.
I think /fit/ recommends us to consume Wx10 or 12, where W is our current weight.
So, if I am 100lbs, I should look to consume between 1000-1200 calories in a day.

So if you do, you should try to get your meals to be around 300-400 calories in order to stay on track.

Don't you hate it when someone asks you your weight, and then you tell them, and then they pull a scale out from behind their back and say "Oh, well can we just get an official number?"

No, because that never happens.

When it comes to guessing weight, most people are afraid to say anything under 100 lbs, anyway

I don't see anything wrong if you're above 80, particularly if you're quite short, like the anons above.
It's once you go under that mark, that you start to be a case. It all comes down to how your weight is distributed, at the end of the day.

People tend to underestimate the importance of their plates when it comes to dieting as most people will think 'that's got nothing to do with it'.

And while that is true as it doesn't directly affect your weight, it does have an impact on your brain, as you will be much more satisfied with seeing a full but small plate, as opposed to a large, half-full plate.

you probably have more of a posture problem. Or you need to get a little bit of muscle to support your weight.

my bet is the posture though. I used to look like I was pregnant before I fixed my posture.

So, while I know that a lot of gyaru styles are very very specific and don't really seem similar to western styles, would it be fair to say that ones that seem similar are different because the outfit is more complete? >> No.6885941

>>6885909
A lot of gyaru clothing will be similar to western styles because that's where these styles have their roots. However, once they get to nippon-land, they get a re-vamp and look different but some will retain that familiarity to western fashion.
It is the way you style an outfit that makes a difference. For example, >>6885892 's shorts and T-shirt could easily be styled with flip flops and a high bun and it would be a western outfit.
However, the shoes, the hair, the hat, the accessories, all of them added up transform it into something we can all identify as a cute gyaru outfit, but that will still not look very unusual in the streets of Europe.(not sure about US, as they seem quite fond of sportswear, jeans and plain tshirts)

If you're going to do this, you would have to extend it to any visible part of your skin, otherwise it will look fake.
If you want to do gal with a tan, then you have to commit to it, you can't just put darker makeup on your face. Get an actual tan, or get tanning cream, or don't bother because it will look fake and bad.

My mom uses tanning creams or foams or whatnot, and they last for a good while. Maybe up to a week, depending on how often you shower, and how hard you scrub yourself down.
You might as well give it a try, at least.

To be honest, I'm not sure how slathering on heavy foundation and concealer will help with your acne at all. If you use a tanner, I imagine it would lessen how much makeup you'd need to apply.

After looking at them, I wouldn't really call them rules, but rather dress 'styles', cuz it seems to me they don't actually state any rules.

We have:
1. white, pic related
2. mini skirt (text is cut off, so I'm not 100% sure, but basically it seems to be about showing only a smaller part of the skirt due to the wider shirt on top)
3. added collar style
4. transparent lace
5. high waist
6. big ribbon
7. A line

I'm aware there are tons of japanese wig store but the only ones Im familiar with are the ones in cgl's catalog.
Also most curly wigs don't have curls that high up. most wig's curls start at neck-level

Seconding this, especially if you plan on wearing a wig a lot. I asked the same question the last time I visited some friends in beauty school, and synthetic wigs are perfect for occasional wear, but turn to knots very quickly with daily use. A real hair wigs needs some care, but will always look great because of it.

I get the same effect when I put on makeup/minus contouring my face with fringe/bangs as I have a longish face to begin with.

I fill in parts of eyes the aren't "on level", giving the effect of a bigger/straighter eye.
