I really want to cosplay from the Romantic Jewels(?) artbook and I have my eyes set for Aquamarine. The problem is, there isn't a lot of references going on.

So halp? Post pictures of bigger pictures of her or people cosplaying as her? I just really want to see the details and...

These two are the BEST Caucasian Sakizou cosplayers I've seen so far. Thin, pretty, good make-up, well-constructed and accurate costumes, good lighting, good posing, and great material choice. I can see where you think it might be hotglue on the lace of chocolate ice-cream's bra, but if you look at mint's bra they use the same lace and it just looks like the cloudy part of the lace eye.

Let me show you what bad looks like. Also anyone have that girl in the pink wig who was at (i think) animazement or A-kon and was in an obviously unfinished costume and no head-piece. I think she was cosplaying one of the sweets or Carousel.

I think those two look pretty fantastic. The hot glued seam looks pretty sloppy, but I wouldn't be surprised if she glued it because she ran out of time and thought her arm would cover it, then forgot and raised it for the photo. Oops. But generally I think they look great. Love the stripes and polka dots.

Didn't try? They hand dyed all their lace and made everything from scratch. Their costumes were incredible both in person (which there was no visible hot glue anywhere, I was all up in their grill) and in photos. Sorry but I've seen bad Sakizo cosplays and theirs is definitely not in that category.

Yeah! They bought all their lace from taobao then dyed it all with RIT dye. I was impressed with their scallops on the sheer parts as well, they told me it didn't fray because they burned all the edges. It was so gorgeous in person.

I can tell you that was not hot glue, its a seam where the two different fabric cuts come together, Just like Sushimonster I was able to see the costume in person.
