I feel the same way about Blanca, make some mascot-ish head or some mask painted with that whiteboard paint. Though I'm not sure about sight either, or else just wear it here and there, and have very careful friends to help you around for short trips.

Since it's such a simple design, it'd be hard to make anything recogizable short of straight up putting a boo face on a white t-shirt. I guess maybe its overall shape could be integrated into a wig? (big rounded spikes on each side and one sticking up in the back)
