I know this feel, the one store I can get to easily gets a bit of random orders, so fleece colors come and go. I'll have to try buying from online one day...

What majorly sucks for me is that they had another two bolts of the fabric, however it wasn't the same color at all. Same product number, but a way uglier yellow.
It taunted me the whole time.

I live in a rural town so the one fabric shop we have just 'gets in whatever', so fabrics are always different and hardly ever get replaced exactly.

seconding this. Write down the name, number, SKU, and any other info that is on the bolt it came on.

1. Call up other stores in the chain and ask if they have it in stock.
2. Go to shop's internet site and order more.
3. Call other stores and give them the name and see if they carry it.
4. Search internet under the name you got from the bolt.
