Welp, this should be the official colour, there are times in the anime where it looks blue-grey and others where it looks light blue, I've seen cosplayers use both blue and grey skirts, but I want to get one ( I actually need 2) that is closest to the colour in pic related as possible without it costing too much while still being good quality.

For the cosplayers who need a good source for craft foam, here's one of the best. Cheap (especially if you buy in bulk) and I can personally vouch for the quality of the foam sheets. Butter smooth and easy to mold. Goes to 1mm-6mm sheets.

The main problem is that ebay is bugged since march and many asian shops show no items at the international site while showing them at others.

Clair Beauty Wigs would have nice natural wigs and if they are a bit too shiny for you, fabric softener helps.

bought it just because I needed a new wig with neutral colors since my hair is very flat in the summer. I liked the style.
It came in a VERY small package but when I opened the bag it aired out and got HUGE.
I mean like MASSIVE.
The fibers are VERY soft, it doesn't even feel like a wig, and to accompany hiding bangs away the wig comes with a hair pin attached into the inner cap.
I highly recommend this wig and I am really glad I took a chance on it.

I'm looking for some white japanese school shoes that I can add red to, or ones that are already red/white. I've obviously found some already, but they all use the same stock photo (as do some non-ebay sites), so I'm not quite sure I trust it 100%. Epic Cosplay and Match Wigs I've used personally with good results. I have an order from Geisha Wigs on the way, and I've heard good things about Arda Wigs and The Five Wits.

Avoid cosplay.com wigs like the plague, I wouldn't know about their quality but their customer service is so shitty we canceled the order after a few months of yelling at them on their forums every few weeks or so (since they don't seem to care about emails).
