Normally female hands/arms *seem* bonier because girls are skinnier than guys on average and don't have as much muscle in the arms.

However -and this is usually a dead giveaway for traps-, if you take a skinny girl and an equally skinny guy, the guy will look bonier 90% of the time because he has (relatively speaking) the same amount of fat but much bigger bones.
