There's going to be some stupid contest and a bunch of undeserving cunts are going to compete and we're going to get stuck with someone we don't like as an ambassador of kawaii just because they tried and we all just sat around being insecure.

So please, if we ever do try to select a kawaii ambassador, let's all try. Don't be afraid. You'll never know if you don't attempt to reach your goals.

IW is a brand known for specifically making lolita items. I think the girl would make a lovely kawaii ambassador. I started looking at 4chan a few years back and I've seen her post on here ever since then. I assume she's been here for even longer, as well. I'd say she's pretty fucking experienced. She's fashionable and nice.

I've seen her post in WAYWT threads too but I don't believe she dresses in lolita. Even though I think she's beautiful as well. And while dressing in lolita is part of the equation, I'm sure an advanced knowledge of lolita including history, brands, and important figures would be essential for our US ambassador to know. I just don't think she fits either of those bills unless she can prove otherwise.

Honestly I think most just don't have the time for this, and would feel more comfortable not being in the spotlight. I'm sure whoever is picked is going to be on the receiving end of a rage of criticism and nitpicking. It's just not appealing.

Honestly I don't know if she does wear anything else! Misako is basically comes to mind as a true lifestyler, as in someone who wears it everyday. Some of her coords might be more otome, and I'm sure as a nurse she doesn't prance around in BTSSB, but she wore it to a gun range so pretty sure she is extremely dedicated to lolita fashion/subculture.

It's cute you have a hard on for this chick, but she doesn't wear lolita fashion and that's what a kawaii ambassador is supposed to be wearing (the website has a baby link on it, main page talks about lolita news, etc). It's cool she likes/has IW stuff, but if I wore an IW cardigan with jeans, does that mean it's a lolita coordinate? Hell no. It is an overall look that frankly she just does not dress in.

No. Lack of petticoat, bare legs, flats styled shoes, and the wife beater-esque cutsew makes this cute, but not lolita.
