I'm female, and I want to do cosplay as someone already dark skinned. Any ideas? Guy or girl it doesn't matter. If possible, a character that doesn't have blonde/white hair.

I've always wanted to do a pale skinned character, however, I don't want any negative criticism because of a skin color.

You can change the shape of your nose with contouring and highlighting. I use white eyeshadow and brown eyeshadow to make mine less round for male cosplays.

I don't know if you can consider Riven to be dark-skinned. Only in her default splash art she has dark skin, in all her other skins and in-game model she just seems to have fair to tan-ish skin. Champs like Nidalee and Karma would be a better choice.

True, but I've always considered her brown based on (as you said) the default splash art because I think that's what the champion is supposed to look like. Skins are whatever, and the in game models have limitations (Rivens model isn't bad, but not as good as the newer models, so probably not accurate). She's at least as brown as Cristina Vee, her VA, imo. Just like Cerebella.

Same anon. I rarely cosplay now, but when I do, it's exclusively dark skin characters only. I lucked out, because the games and shows I like do have dark skin characters. i don't consider trapping myself in a box, it's a preference.

Do you play fighting games or know any that you like? Some fighting games, especially the Japanese ones, have alternative color paletes where the character has a darker complexion. Look into that and good luck.
