I dunno anon, sea-themed mori sounds nice to me. All the cream colors with a few pops of pastel blue or seafoam green. Sea shell headresses and accessories. Long hair/wig in loose, slightly messy waves. Like a mermaid who just sold her soul to a sea witch for legs.

You have a lot of wiggle room for what's "allowed" so you could experiment a lot in ways without "doing it wrong".
