I was waiting for my wig from Alpaca that was on preorder which caused the delay. I know tbr had issues with delays but my order was fine (probably because it was a shitty small order).

They're pretty comfortable, but I always wear sole inserts with taobao shoes because they are all pretty uncomfortable to wear for longer than an hour or so

To the other anon looking for this corset. I found it on an indian whole sale webpage for $52 with free shipping. The only catch is you have to spend 250 before they will ship your order. Not custom but they do have a range of sizes.

small size is for a 22" waist and the biggest size is for a 45" one.

Length info on the site:
- Front length is 15.5 inches (39.3 cm)
- Bust to bottom length is 18 inches (45.7 cm)
- Side length is 13.5 inches (34.3 cm)
- Back Length is 17 inches (43.15 cm)
- Bone: 5 spiral steel bones
- Bone: 12 flat steel bones are distributed all around the corset.
- Side opening is YKK metal zip

Early 2010 with Yoybuy, and they screwed me over by not telling me a seller was inactive and an item was out of stock, instead buying cheaper and inferior items. I managed to get a refund for most of them as they claimed it was damaged through the shipping insurance.

I found that it is extremely hard to find decent sukumizu on taobao. I got one from manbudai and although the material is OK and probably ok for water, and the relevant areas are lined, the crotch area is weird. It's not like the pictures of actual japanese sukumizu.

I'll try to put my hands on some actual ones at mbok or y!japan. It's cheap enough.

Hello /cgl/, /vr/min here. Recently I came across this site, TaoBao, because I was interested in buying some stuff. The items in question were as follows.

I have already used BuyChina and YoyBuy, and both gave me the same message. Am I doing something wrong? If it helps, I am using a VISA card issued to me by PNC. Alternatively, would it be possible to have someone "buy it" for me and I pay them in exchange, if all else fails?

I already did. All it tells me is that the payment was blocked because my card was disallowed from making payments. They have a bunch of paragraphs, but they all pretty much say the same thing.

This happens to me every time with yoybuy. Usually it is my bank denying the transaction because they think it's fraud, just call the number on the back of your card and tell them you're planning to make an international payment of $__. That usually works for me.

Serious question: Should I buy this? I'm VERY picky with my money, and I only buy things I KNOW I will wear, because I've had so many regrets with Taobao and things being way too short.

I dress in sweet lolita, however I want to buy more toned down yet girly/frilly things like hime or gyaru - or whatever this is called.

ISSUE: I'm 5 foot 7... I'm 120 pounds and quite thin. Even with lolita dresses, often times I have sleeves ending up above my wrist and the whole outfit ends up looking like it's too small, as if it's for a little kid since I'm so tall (I'm Asian - hence why I'm calling myself tall).

Also, links to items that would be cheaper? These two items total from bobon21.taobao.com are 200yuan/$32 just about. I know look up lizlisa and bah but it's so hard to find good coordinates!

Please answer and tell me what you'd think this would look like on a girl 5 foot 7...

WOW GUYS I AM REALLY FUCKING PISSED OFF. My entire package was practically fucking DESTROYED by China's customs, as I immediately called customs in LA (where my packages go through) and they have not touched my packages. China's customs completely tore up my box and yellow repack tape is everywhere. I received the box in horrible condition and for whatever reason, the USPS man just left it on my porch. This is my 7th order with Taobaoring and I've never had this happen in my life from ordering online, especially since this was a very small order compared to the rest of mine. I've had 3 of my packages searched & repacked by China's customs and items were confiscated, however this is just god awful. I Emailed Taobaoring immediately and I'm going to talk to our postal worker who delivers mail when I see him again. This shit is just unacceptable. Out of my order, I only received a few items which were household decors. All of my clothing was confiscated or lost - whatever the fuck. I have never been so pissed off in my life!

The only replica I had I got to keep lol. It's a small lizlisa make up bag. Attached were some of the items I got to keep - the bigger items. There were a ton of small trinkets that were only 1yuan each and some deco items. But all of my clothes are gone. They were generic clothes - very cheap and too many to post. Alright guys. I'm not very active on 4chan, but I am an addicted Taobao shopper. Well... Today was the first day of spring break from me. I'm home for the week instead of at my dorm, and my mom picked up a package from USPS that I ordered from Taobao using Taobaoring.
WELL...
When I received the package, it was entirely beat up and dirty as fuck. I was thinking, "What the fuck is going on?" I looked up, saw a bunch of other pissed off people, and looked into the archives for more information. I could not believe what was going on, but after opening my package (which was VERY easy due to all of the holes and loose taping); half of my items were missing. What's worse is, half of my LOLITA items were missing. ALL OF MY ANTAINA SHOES ARE FUCKING MISSING! There is no explanation for this. I come back after a long winter term from university to a broken Taobao order. I know it's late, and no one's probably up at this hour, but I just wanted to write about my experience. I have heard of China's customs confiscating items and I've been aware for many years (father works in customs here in California) much about international custom policies - especially China, because many problems begin there. I just never expected my beloved package to have items confiscated. So I will post my order (pic attached) and then in a separate note, post a picture of my beat up package along with that tape. Oh God, I am crying so hard as I type this. I just can't believe it... I don't think I ever want to buy from Taobao again... That's $200+ lost...

On the strange note, they DIDN'T take away my DoL Milky Planet replica... They did take my Chess Story Starry Night Angel though... WTF! Wow... I just... I don't know what to do. Please, tomorrow, anyone who's had this problem or just anyone at all respond to me. I really don't know what to do. I know it's not Taobaoring's fault, and I've ordered with them all of the time, however this has just never happened to me.

Sometimes, the customs office will open some parcels to check if there are items which are prohibit shipping, just for secure reasons. You know there are so many parcels arrive at customs everyday, and the officers may check several parcels at the same time, so maybe some items might be mixed, not on purpose, but this kind of mix can happen, especially for some very small items. But for so many, it's really strange customs know replicas that it's confiscated.

A possibility to your case may be that while customs were repacking your package, they lost that dress. Do you remember the girl from past threads a few months ago who lost the strawberry chocolate dress through customs? That wasn't a replica and it was lost or confiscated. Nobody knows. Looks like just the US so far. It sounds like a desperate attempt to improve their currency situation and general economy by stemming knock-off importation. They're making a lot of changes to the mail system in the coming months (increasing postal rates, stopping delivery on Saturdays, and so on), too. They also really enjoy dictating what other nations postal services do with packages coming into the US in terms of customs and fees. Look what they did with the surcharge I mentioned before. I don't think I've sent anything that didn't get an additional $9 fee on it from Australia into the US. Actually, you don't know that. Taobao agents only customers are not just people off of /cgl/. Cgl probably makes up only 1% of them. I'm sure a ton of shit happens from people who order from Taobao, but they don't have these types of threads/forums to bitch about it.

Origin preparing shipment is normal to be seen for a few days. On average SAL takes 20-30 days for me (I live in the USA). After it gets to your country, it will go straight into customs in your country (could take up to 1-5days). Then once it's at your local post office, you'll get it in a few hours.

All photos are stolen stock photos. The fabric is VERY thin polyester. Not even cotton. Thin polyester = very wrinkly. One of my dresses was so thin that ironing it ON THE LOWEST setting burned a hole in the dress. They're just like plastic wraps: very wrinkly and cheap.

I have those shoes and the bows both fell off and I hot glued them. Not the issue because they didn't look sturdy, but the sole itself was so weak and chipped apart. On the right shoe ,the sole just FELL OFF because it was so shitty. I bought it from that same place too. They're just resellers, and those shoes are veerywhere. I'm so sorry to all the people who had their clothes taken out of their packages. I just received my first taobao order yesterday and it was basically a bunch of liz lisa stuff since I wanted to try out that style. I told my ss to cut the tags off if it said liz lisa on anything and she cut it off a bag, some clothes, and there was a liz lisa tag on one of the shoes. I told her to wrap the shoes in tissue paper. None of my items were confiscated and I was so scared I would have the repacking tape on it but it arrived no problem.

I want to order more clothes from taobao, but now I'm just kind of scared in general if people are saying non brand, non replicas are getting confiscated... I wanted some more liz lisa shoes but hmm.. risky.

Pretty much what >>6728108 said. You can tease a tiny bit of hair, make it into a small ball, then spray, smooth and pin some hair over it to make that style. Look at the other pics of the same wig style in the other colours and you can see it's really nothing difficult to do.

Superbuy has no service fee, and the customer servers are professional and I can well communicate with them. To be honest, Superbuy customer service is one of the few that do not make me mad. On a negative side, Superbuy’s shipping fee is relatively expensive especially the China domestic delivery rate, and if they can reduce their shipping rate, I believe Superbuy will be the best Taobao agent in the market.
