Apparently he's coming. The guy who runs Supercon was at the convention, and as I was walking through the dealers room he called for me to come over (I was cosplaying Meulin at the time), and said that I should come to the convention because as of two days prior Hussie had agreed to come. He pulled up an email on his phone from whatpumpkin stating that Hussie would be going to Supercon, and I assume it was legit.
My sister was cosplaying Jane and the same thing happened to her later.

Tell me about it. I'm part of the Promstuck crew and when I heard about Hussie all I could think was that I have literally no idea what we're going to do about space. We probably won't be able to have the shoot in the same place as last year either.
Last year the WP people were at the con interviewing cosplayers for some kind of video Hussie supposedly wants to put together. I got interviewed about my Vriska cosplay, it was pretty neat.

I find it to be bullshit. I pop on the headphones and jam out while the shit melts the hair away.
I wouldn't rub it in (it tells you not to but I do because thick hair) it will leave your skin feeling raw and sensitive.

Smooth as hell though. Open a window.

The downside to nair is it's just like shaving as the hair will grow back in the same consistantsy. Versus the painful waxing where you're smooth and perfect for weeks and it grows back a bit thinner and nicer overall.

I have an interest in cosplay him. What would be a good base for his helmet?
I was thinking a replica speed racer helmet, coloring the vizor, and putting it on the inside. Then making the details/horns out of clay then attaching ect ect.
the speed racer helmet doesn't have those spokes popping out the front, and is generally smooth so itd be easy to modify/paint.
suggestions/comments?

Hahaha ohh that's a cute idea! Like- it's not the most well-executed cosplay (fairly certain I saw that Mami costume floating around ebay for $60 or so...), but still. I'd recommend purple as well, or if it doesn't suit your skin tone, a pink with plum hues. However the darker you go, the better quality and more precise you'll need your lipstick to be - wear smudges are way more obvious so you'll need to check on it regularly.

To second that, this was posted a while back but someone said that at one of seerofsarcam's Florida shoots they and their friends saw someone crying and she came up to see if there was anything she could do in between shots and made sure they were okay.

Sometimes she can get pretty ranty on her blog and I hear she has an anger problem when you really, really get to her but being a Floridastuck and having talked with her a few times she's always pretty pleasant to be around. Thanks for the input. Completely fair. Shit got a little touch-and-go the last few days before the con and I had to rush the wig. I'm replacing that, the ruffle panties (no luck finding stretch fabric in the right color :T ), and the stockings for next time.

Anyone know where to find vertical-striped stockings in those colors? Do they EXIST? I searched for months, had no luck, and had to BS something. Probably end up painting dye on a better set of stockings.

The large-X fishnets were a goddamned tangled nightmare by the end of the day, too. I hate them so much.

As for the design, I thought it was so funny that I couldn't resist, and I thought the cage skirt looked like a lot of fun to make. The shoes are pretty accurate to the design, but I also wish the ribbons were less pink.

Since the threads kinda slow im gonna post a tiny "could of been a horror story moment' here

so at megacon I was cosplaying tavros and my friend was having their picture taken so I was just kinda standing there when all of a sudden I hear "TAVBRO" being screamed and I turn and this bad male gamzee with really dark unsealed paint is just running at me (I mention theyre male because size reasons.) well thank god I ducked out of the way in time because apparently they were going so fast they didnt have time to stop before they ran into one of the giant pillars and got gray all over it.

ferocity is actually the reason i continued cosplaying after my first con! I was doing jade, and was undeniably shitty. My symbol was falling off, and I had no idea how to comb a wig, and my glasses were giagantic on my face. ferocity saw me and gave me tips on how to get better, and at the end of it all, told me she really like my lunchtop. So cgl, question. I'm making a god hood and want to add a zipper down the back like so: http://asksewingserket.tumblr.com/post/27359254245/this-should-8e-every-part-of-how-i-make-heir#_=_ But this tutorial doesn't have an "inner" hood, only an "outer" hood. I'm not sure how to attach a zipper down the back of a god hood that has an inner hood.
