I dunno, it's...pretty bad. The cardigan and dress are fine, but then you get to the bottom half and it's that underskirt, though pink tights, knee high socks, and the shoes.

The underskirt is not fluffy enough, if it had ruffles or lace or something it might have worked better, but it looks like it doesn't belong there. I feel like she should have worn either the tights or the socks, not both. I don't get the "wear tights, then wear knee socks!" mentality. It rarely looks nice and if you can't wear knee socks, then just don't. There are plenty of other options. I can see where she's going with the shoes, but they stick out too much. I don't know if it's just the lighting (since it looks like she's wearing the mint version of the dress), but they feel out of balance. If she had another mint accessory like a bag it would flow better, but all her other accessories are pink and then suddenly MINT SHOES.

Maybe not ita, but definitely not a good coord.

Well you got your lolcows that cause some drama like Tempest (only because she says stupid things really and has a high schooler attitude; people just tolerate her because she's internet popular), but overall the community has gotten pretty tame compared to a year or so ago. The benefit is we do have a lot of college aged people around so not a lot of people are interested in drama games. But we still do kind of have a problem with the occasional fights between "burrando elitists" versus replica/bodyline girls. Just pay it no attention and you should be fine.

There's occasional meetups and events, and as long as you don't cause trouble people won't have any issues with you.
More often than not you'll never be the worst dressed. Syracuse comm likes to join Rochester events and they've got some pretty ita people coming from there. So no worries.
