Not that Anon butI work for a manufacturing company. What we, as manufacturers do is take clients, who want to have a product. We then find factories to produce their product.
First, we get lots of samples from different companies, which we look at, ask our client if they like this color, blend , Style, and etc.
They decide on a base, make adjustments, of send in their designs and then we ask the factories to make adjustments in accordance to the client's specifications...
To me, it is possible that she designs and also hand picks the blends of the wigs, and styling.
I work with glasses however. So the process may be different.

I have a couple of lockshop wigs and to be honest, I'm pretty disappointed. For the price I was expecting a lot better. I got a short caramel curly bob, and it's pretty shiny and unnatural looking. I was hoping to use it as an every day wig but it's too shiny. The fibres feel nice and soft though. I also have the beachy mermaid wig and it's just so huge. I guess a wig being too thick seems like a stupid complaint but I can't wear it because it looks bad on me. It's a lot thicker than shows in the pictures and so it sits wide on my head. The fibres are not as shiny and look nicer than my bob so maybe the shine is just a colour issue?
