Ah. It could be because of the colour, but it looks like the green one is larger in diameter and the other is just her regular eye, that's what threw me off.
I think if you're going to mismatch lenses (ngl, I do think it's cute sometimes.) then you need to be very careful to pick lenses that are the same diameter and design etc.

It's just my opinion, but sweet lolita in general always looks a little ageplay/pedoish because the goal *isn't* to look like an adult but you *are*. People wear bonnets and overly frilly petticoats and have cartoon animals on their dresses.
