I don't think you understand just how much a reduction costs these days and the scarring and tissue damage involved in that kind of surgery.

It can also leave you unable to breastfeed if they damage the flands of the areola which are removed and stitched back during surgery.

Sure it hurts, but it's not any where unbearable. If you get it done once they put the rod through you'll just be like sat in the chair thinking "Ouch, this is unpleasant and I'd like for it to be over soon", not "ARGHHH OMG I'M DYING MY FUCKING NIPPLES".

Anyway, good luck with solving your problems. I really like nipple piercings myself and used to have both of mine done a few years ago until I ended up taking them out randomly.
