amazing. i really like how for once somebody did the swirls (on the sides of dreamers and some god tiers) on the back too, it didn't just cut off and that was the end of it like most of the cosplays i see. i also really like the overall effort put in to the shoes of both characters, and how the john didn't use god-awful blue colored skinny jeans.

She drew Dave Strider from Homestuck in a similar vest, and I said, "Hey, that looks pretty cool!" and decided to make one for me and another for my best friend. While supplies last, I will have a chocolate brown fabric with gold pinstriping, a red lining, and gold cording to make the gear shape. The gold pinstripe fabric may not last very long, as I bought it on clearance at Joann and it might be gone by now. The vest may also be made in black with blue pinstripe, solid black, or most other colors.

Anyway! These vests are made to order from an altered pattern. Please look up your Simplicity pattern size before ordering. The vests take a few days to make, and are made in a smoke-free home far away from the pets.

It has no boning or proper fit in the bodice area, that's why.

If I were to guess, she's probably self conscious about making it well fitted. And it might have been harder for her to wear torso shape wear due to her shoulders being revealed.

Looks close to shit, but not really there. Try again, smooth out the lumps around the edges to get it round or at least smoothed out, sand it down, and use a smaller brush to paint it. When you're done coat it in something clear to keep it from chipping/add some shine, if you don't have an actual gloss clear nail polish works since its small.

I actually kind of like it. Its pretty creative, I can see where they were going with it. I just wish it was executed better. But they've got a nice theme going on.

It would be nice to see them maybe build up laytex and scar wax up around where the horns enter the head so it looked more natural, and if they applied their makeup better (I'd prefer some more white) and possibly added more contouring and eye makeup.

Using a fuckton of makeup. Well, it's not even a fuckton; if you apply it right, just a small amount of a darker color along your jawline can help people tell that you HAVE a jaw. Blend your lines, but keep them a bit more solid closer to the face and feather them out towards the neck.

Posture might help a bit, too; don't slouch, straighten your neck out.

Oh man I have so much trouble with wigcaps now that I have short hair actually. I always wear one after this one incident three or four years ago when I lost mine and thought I could get away with not wearing one, but man if they don't slide up the back of my head, no matter how many pins I stick into the nape of my neck. Maybe my hair's too short, I don't know, but I never had this issue with wigcaps slipping and hair showing with longer hair.

I put the net/cap on when my hair is wet, let it dry, then spray got2b all over the net, bobby pin the back of my head and behind my ears, skin tape the front and then put my wig on.

I need some advice for a Prospit dreamer outfit. I'm sewing it now, and can't decide on a sleeve color. Do you guys think it should be the same shade as the shirt and dress, or a shade darker? At first I was on the side of a shade darker so I bought a bit of fabric for it, but now looking again it seems to be more canon that it be the same color. Which would you guys recommend?
