I get some pretty good cosplay ideas here on occasion. Sometimes a good tutorial. Also since the mods have cleaned up the drama it's gotten better. Not THAT much, but hey, it's a start.

It's different for everyone. Some enjoy the attention, some just want to represent their enjoyment of a show and meet fans, others the thrill of taking a 2-D picture and making it 3-D, and so on.
