Okay /CGL see if you can top this. I found a pic of three of the most blatant boob jobs in cosplay. I think it's a record, but if you have a photo of more than 3 silicon sisters, let's see it!

You don't need boobjobs for that, Just get a pair of large tits and do the rest with clothing. In the case of miss yellow in the middle she might be flat as a board and do all of that with external padding.
