It's not particularly cheap though. I imagine those 5-minute-lolitas just want to buy some secondhand white bodyline dress and DIY the blood...because they don't see why they should put in too much money for lolita...kind of thing.

I seem to remember a guro coord that didn't involve blood at all but it was like a "singed doll" sort of look that involved ashes and burned detail instead. It was cool.

I usually don't go for blood splatters, but I think for a themed outfit like this it might be appropriate. I picked the cathedral dress because it made me think of London's architecture, and also - well, "Whitechapel." Maybe go for a simple, Edwardian-inspired outfit with anatomical jewelry and little gory details?

im not a Lolita but I love the look of guro. I would love to see people doing these kinds of nails, maybe pointy with more black/ crimson on the actual nail itself and then faded off-white delicate wristcuffs (stained with coffee or something)

after that faded veils and BJD inspired makeup (like cokelates goth doll coord) and longer tattered skirts
