Just a quick question! I know around Halloween there was a big name Halloween store that was selling okay-looking senshi outfits where you could resize the gloves/redo the bow + skirt and have it looking pretty decent. Does anyone remember where that was? If not, does anyone know where to get decent senshi uniforms?

My friends want to do a senshi group but I usually do artist alley so I don't have a lot of time to focus on costumes. I thought maybe I could buy a pre-made costume and just do some modifications?

There are a few... some are ok, but others are awful. I found one for Sailor Jupiter that had hot pink hip rolls and shitty satin everything...

But more to my point, I wouldn't buy premade from a company. If you're lucky enough to get spandex, it's still going to be ill-fitting, and this is the kind of costume that needs to fit right. The ones I'm looking at right now are from hellocosplay and they're made from either satin... Or vinyl for some odd reason.

Maybe commission it? It won't be as cheap, but it will fit much better, and be made with better quality materials.

Nice to see stuff with the generals and senshi. Everyone else is obsessed with the yaoiz or the yuriz, so I feel like I rarely see this. It's too bad really

I have never once found a Usagi/Sailormoon cosplay that felt right with my image of her.
For the other senshi, yes, but not for Sailormoon.
Maybe it's simply because she is one of my early childhood "idol" so it's hard to picture her humanized.
