Hey, do any of all y'all have caps from a thread a while back where a girl came looking for suggestions for a one-armed cosplay after a car accident and ended up getting reunited with her estranged family because of the post? It was awesome and I know a lot of people saved it. Someone made a motivational too.

I can remember the details because I was in that thread.

A girl posted asking for suggestions for cosplays since she had been in a car accident and lost an arm.

An anon suggested Allen from D.Gray-Man in the form when his arm becomes a sword.

The OP then said that would be interesting because her friends cosplayed as Lavi and Kanda.

Meanwhile, someone else posted in a different thread about secrets or "things you'd like to say to another anon" or something similar that they had read that post and were wondering if the girl with one arm might have been her estranged sister, because though the two sides of the family didn't talk any more, she still sort of knew her sister's friends and that she had been in an accident, plus that they did D.Gray-man cosplays.

Another thread was started by the one-armed girl asking if her sister was on here, and to get in touch with an email. A little while later we got an update saying they were reunited and everyone felt warm and fuzzy.

I remember thinking they could have just been reunited by simply asking the Lavi/Kanda for contact details, but it was really the thread on here that was the catalyst for them getting reunited, so it was pretty sweet.
