Where could you possibly find an IED/EOD/Bombsuit costume for Cosplay? Im trying to pick one up for a Fatman(MGS2) or Beltway(RE:ORC) cosplay.

Finding a quality replica bombsuit would be incredibly difficult. Not many people ask for that sorta stuff.
And one for fatmans proportions is flatly impossible.
Your next best option is to look on airsoft stores at the gear department. Some rigs come in OD and include bombcollars and dickplates etc. That in size extra weaboo with some large OD drabs with padding and youre good.

You know, you could always just fucking make it like most cosplayers. Or commission it. Or pick a costume where are the pieces are available for sale at a decent price.

Hell, in MGS2 alone you could do Snake Plisken, Vamp, Otacon, Gurlukovich... I could go on.

Fat man doesn't wear an actual bomb suit he wears a kind of trench-coat dealie with a neck guard and crotch plate. Your only option would be to get Kevlar fabric and sew it together yourself with card or foam inserts for the armour plates. And next time try being more polite you come across as an entitled child who's too lazy to google his own shit.
