I dont see a problem with it, if some people dont like showing their face for reasons being that they're ugly or what.

Sure they might be creepy, but some of these are rather well done actually.

If i remember correctly they have threads about these on a daily term or something.

Kigurumi is a catchall name for people wearing full body costumes. It includes the pjs, these guys, plus fursuits and mascots.

This particular subset is called animegao.

I think they look stupid, I think they're attention-whorey and I assume everyone wearing them is male. It seems like fetish wear. Similar to a gimp-suit. That said, if you really want to do it, it's your business. I'm not going to insult people when they do it, but I'm not going to let you near my minor sisters, either.
