Sure I'll try. I just made the bow myself (see picture) by figuring it out with the pictures, which was difficult, so I understand why you don't understand.
And I by no means know Korean whatsoever. I'm just going by what the pictures are. And please use the pictures with this or else my directions may make zero sense.

1. Fold it like this, pretty simple.
2. Please tell me you know how to make this box... If not, try folding it around on the creases you made until two sides tuck in and it looks like that. Sorry I have no idea how to describe how to do that. Google it if you can't figure it out.
3. Fold the top corner (the one that doesn't open) down a little bit. Ultimately, it will be how big the middle of the bow is.
4. Open the square up and tuck the little corner into the top. Then refold it so everything is nice again.
5. Make the tucked-in top on the top.
6. Fold the top corners sides down a little bit. Do this on both sides so it looks like the picture.
7. Take the bottom corner and open it, so just about everything opens up again (cept for the tucked in corners and folded sides you did).
8. Make it look like this by facing it on the correct side and such.

4chan said this was too long now. Will post last 8 steps next

>> No.6310645

>>6310355
>>6310641

9. Now you need scissors. Not sure how to describe this, but the fold where the bottom pieces connect to the top pieces. See where the tutorial has the 4 little lines? There. Cept cut the fold that connects to the top pieces, if that makes sense. Do that on all four folds.
10. Take the freshly cut top piece and fold it down onto the bottom square.
11. Looks like this now.
12. Take the side-bottom squares there and fold them in like the picture, so that they turn into triangles. East enough.
13. Now you need scissors again. Cut down the middle of both pieces folded on the bottom.
14. Fold them in like the picture
15. Flip over, and take the bow triangle sides and tuck them both into the bow knot thingy. Then take scissors and cut the bottom pieces like the photo.
16. Done!

Sorry if any of those were unclear. I tried my best... If you still don't understand, ask me again and I can try to be clearer.
