I generally think of casual lolita as
>no/less poofy petticoat (a lot of skirts/OP/JSKs don't look good without one, though, so it just depends on the pattern)
>a simple or solid cardigan rather than a blouse
>sometimes a t-shirt if it's clean and flatters the form
>kitten heels or flats rather than RHSs or the like
>minimal or natural makeup
>no wigs

I can post what I consider casual lolita, but it's sort of a loose fashion so it'll vary between people.

For me it's minimal makeup, light poof, few accessories, limited detailing.

I think the print and fabrics have to do with it too. For example, I wouldn't call this casual mainly because that fabric is too heavy/dramatic even though the other elements of her outfit are pretty simple (like she could have just thrown them on).

My version of casual is
>main item able to be dressed down (i.e. not something super fancy with gazillions of layers of lace and tulle)
>less poofy petticoat
>cardigans or unembellished jackets rather than fancy boleros and lace trimmed jackets
>tshirt or simple cutsew/blouse rather than detailed blouse
>loliable rather than lolita shoes
>minimal makeup/hairstyling
>minimal accessories
