Bought this for £4.99 on eBay the other night and it arrived this morning. I couldn't really afford it but I'm so glad I got it anyway because the fibres are amazing, it's so long and comfortable and matches my hair perfectly. When you put it in it has these little ribbons either side that you tie into a bow around the ponytail.

I bought 2 vintage herman miller Eames chairs yesterday

and i bought 2 new (molded plastic) ones from herman miller's website the other day. has not shipped yet.

all in all 4 chairs less than $1200 all said and done

i might cancel the herman miller order since the fiberglass and plastic may not go together well, run up to hollywood/LA and grab 2 reproductions from modernica for a little less (but fiberglass).

Going to buy a new 1911, purchased an RIA 1911 and the MIM parts/fit and finish is really cheap, and hammer bite hurts so i've not been firing it lately, and just been shooting the AR-15

Hi there. I could use some advice!

I need a skirt for halloween in the UK, and I'm tempted to order one from cosmates.

According to the website, the stocking time is around 9 days, and if I add airmail on top of that, it's another '7-10 days or more'. (I'd get EMS but it seems expensive just for a skirt.)

I have 20-ish days until Halloween, so technically that's within the suggested waiting time, but I've heard one or two accounts of them being late, even with EMS.

What's your experience with them?

Also, slightly OT, but I'm ordering some loose socks, and I'm having trouble deciding between around 90cm, and 120cm.
Jbox stock the 120s, but minkyshop are open again in a few days and they're selling 90cm ones.
What would you say looks better? It's hard to find comparison photos.

My last Kuma Crafts order just got here and my dick of a mailman tried to cram the package through the slot. When it didn't fit, he left it, with tears in the package, on my doorstep. One of the necklaces got snapped in half as a result (Moon Heart Spiral Rod/Moon Princess Rod/whatever you want to call it).

This isn't the first time something has gotten ruined this way. I've had him cram numerous books through the slot, even though they clearly were too thick and got stuck half-way.
