how do i go about grooming my eyebrows. i've never plucked or shaved my eyebrows or anything

my eyebrows are a fucking mess, but i have no experience what so ever with these kinds of things

For the love of God don't shave or pluck them if you don't know what you're doing OP. You'll either end up with them crooked as fuck or completely removing them.

Go to a beauticians and get them done. It's pretty cheap and they'll be able to give you advice and tell you the shape that suits you best. If you're too shy look for a mobile one who can do it in your own home.

Generally, just plucking the middle so you don't have a unibrow and any weird stray sticky-outy bits it enough. A lot of people pluck their eyebrows themselves. It's cheap, easy, and since you're doing it yourself you can get it exactly how you want everytime. But if you're plucking a lot of hairs, it can be time-consuming.

Waxing and threading is very common. I personally get mine waxed every 4 weeks or so because I like how clean and feminine they look. But, the money can really add up, so if you don't have a lot to spend, it might not be a good idea. Be very careful choosing a place to get waxed. The types of waxes used can make you break out or maybe the place just isn't very clean, which isn't good.

Threading is another option that I've heard good things about. I've heard it's relatively painless, but that it can be abrasive for your skin.

Where do you live? As a male, you should try THREADING. It's a godsend for men with bushy eyebrows. It gives them a groomed and precise look without running the risk of looking to effeminate.

Are you raising your eyebrows on purpose, because you look surprised. You have those light asian eyebrows that get lighter/charcoal-y when there's less hair. They look fine to me. Maybe pluck the middle a little. A closer/clearer pic would help.

You are hella cute, yo. There really isn't anything you can do that will dramatically change how your eyebrows look because they're very unique. If you're unhappy with them, then threading or waxing to get a sharper/more defined shape that tapes the ends would be best. Plucking won't really do much for you because you have so many fuzzy hairs.

idk if this has any correlation but when i was 7 i accidently shaved off my left eyebrow. ever since then i feel like my eyebrows have been all messed up, some weird eyebrow complex or something

Nah man, my sister shaved her eyebrows once too when she was like 10 and they're fine. You're fine. I think you're just so self-conscious about them you think they're worse than they really are.

Definitely go to a good salon. Ask them to show you how to maintain a sharper shape when you get them done so you can replicate it at home this way you won't spend all your money on eyebrow grooming.

Unless you don't mind. It's definitely not abnormal for guys to get their eyebrows done. It's actually pretty nice imo to have clean, shaped eyebrows. My bf lets me pluck his eyebrows and I make them look awesome. :D

I love doing my boyfriend's eyebrows. It's like a creepy, relaxing monkey ritual for us. He lays down on the couch with his head in my lap. I even give him a mini face massage and I gently pull out his loose eyebrow hairs and I shape them a teeny bit and just clean up in the middle. He had some incoming unibrow that was bugging the crap out of me, so one day I just bit the bullet and was like "hey lay down lemme pluck some stray hairs plz." And he was down.

You can buy little eyebrow scissors if there are super long hairs. The girl who waxes mine uses them because my eyebrow hairs can get pretty long.

I usually do my boyfriend's like... every 3-4 weeks. I do it when I notice unibrow hairs growing in. You pretty much just need to do it when it needs to be done. When you see your new shape, you can compare it to how they used to be and use that difference to judge when it's time to trim again.
