I want to make use of my tumblr. I've had it for a while but I usually just follow others (the girls who draw those cute drawings)...now I want to start doing stuff.

Well it's all up to you on what you want to do! If you want to make your blog specific to something I'd advise following blogs that relate to that topic so you have some things to reblog as well as your original ideas.

For me I have 2 blogs. My first one is just random ass everything I like blog. The second one is just dedicated to cosplay. General question:
I've been considering making a tumblr to connect with people, and I have tons of weird/awesome stuff on my computer that would be interesting to share, but I either got it from 4chan or didn't bother to document the source. Tumblr blogs are pretty notorious for filing off the serial number before posting something and I don't want to contribute to that mentality. Could the tumblr community actually be any help in locating a source if I asked for it or should I just not bother?
