ITT: Impossible cosplays

Cosplays that are ALMOST doable, but have some feature to them that would take nothing short of CGI to make accurate.

I feel like he would be very hard to pull off.

You could make this effect by crafting a prosthetic skin suit then wearing a black lycra suit underneath it with an embedded LED array.

OP is talking about how becoming a rebis through the lost arts of alchemy is hard. That other part is easy.

I think you'd have to be pretty skinny, wear a dark bodysuit, the LEDS, a layer of transparent something or other, then a latex muscle suit on top of the right side so it all has depth.

You could get 90% accurate for everything only because of his wacky reversed legs

I feel this thread might just dissolve into a debate about how accurate a cosplay really needs to be

It just needs to be recognizable to anybody who has seen the character before.

If you somehow add padding you could fake the look of your legs being backwards

It's mostly furries, but there are a number of people who've made costumes with detrigrade legs.

This fucker has always caught my eye. I feel like making a pepper would be cool but you can't cosplay it because of the lower half

The body type is weird enough to begin with
thinking of bottomless cosplay though, a zeong would be kinda funny

I've never seen a wig that can fully capture the look of HnK gem hair.

I can imagine someone who lost both their legs in a car accident doing this one.

Nick Valentine, because of the gaps where his "skin" is missing and showing robotic parts underneath, and also the robot hand. I've seen people try to emulate the effect with black body paint but it never quite looks right.

This is a good one
seems like it'd be very hard to pull off even partially

Because it's not hair. Individual fibers can't get that look. It needs to be a plastic helmet.
