Symptoms don't present the same way universally and just like anyone's interests those in autistic people can wax and wane over time to some degree. An autistic child who loves wooden blocks may not like blocks their entire life. When you consider many people into lolita are young and changing a lot it's not crazy to see people, neurodivergent or otherwise, feeling very excited about a certain hobby and then deciding they want to focus on another one and then going back to the other one. It's also normal to not find certain things enjoyable anymore and move on to other things, assuming it isn't a symptom of depression.
