There's honestly no good non-sweet lolitas in Houston. I lived there for 3 years and didn't wear lolita because the comm was constantly full of drama and itas.
Also, people in Houston are mean. I got harassed way more wearing lolita in Houston than in any other city. So that made meetups uncomfortable, unless you had apartment/house meetups.
Dallas has a nice comm but it's really far from Houston.

No, that's all it was, but she was such a regular, was even getting invited to private meets, always very well dressed. But she was also autistic, and used that as a crutch to excuse some of her inappropriate behavior. When she didn't get the brand she wanted, she tried to use that as an excuse to get out of it, and when that didn't work, she flew completely off the handle in a way that kind of traumatized the people running the event.
