Not sure I get your question. Are you asking about the things which allow us to tell this is cosplay and isn't just a random lady wearing a fancy dress at a party or something?

For one, the garment is fantastical -- it's like a flamenco dress but with a dramatic side slit, not quite like any real dress people would wear to fancy occasions in our world. 2) The photo itself is obviously posed and retouched and set up with some care, IRL people don't usually go in for that kind of individual photoshoot outside of very specific special occasions like weddings. The bangs would also be a little odd for a real, non-cosplay hairstyle.
