I guess as a burger and former fattychan I'd consider "plus size" lolita to be something like 110cm bust, 100cm waist. Maybe 120cm bust if you're talking about an OP or a very unforgiving bodice shape like high waist dresses.

Basically I'd only use the term "plus size" for releases that are either specifically made for fatties (ex: MAM's lovely line, Meta's new Plus and Plus Plus pieces, Bodyline 2L size) or for a non-plus size piece that's VERY forgiving (ex: Meta's fully-shirred skirts, Baby's Shirring Princess JSKs)

100cm doesn't make much sense as "plus size" because that's well within the upper range of a ton of brand releases. Nearly every single brand makes stuff with a 100cm bust or more. Fitting regular burando releases =/= plus size.

Not to mention if you wanted all new pieces and just went the taobao route. It's a starter coord, after all. It doesn't have to be particularly good quality or interesting, it just has to have all the right pieces to create a complete look!

I mean, I threw this together in about 5 minutes. It's $200ish and if you went through a good SS or tried working directly with the brands you might cut down the cost even more. And this is including shoes, a purse, and a good petti, which guaranteed most 'starter kits' wouldn't have. The only thing it's missing is wristcuffs and jewelry.
