Do dancetights really cover up leg hair completely? I can’t shave ever my legs without them growing back painfully and getting all ingrown.

Not trying to hikack this thread but can someone please spare a minute to help me with something?

I’ve recently started going out with this tall Amazonian goddess (blond hair) and she’s into sports/fitness health the whole kitchen kaboodle.
Now my concern lies with her brother, we were watching tv yesterday when he turned and asked me what was w the guy in my?
I just couldn’t answer him because I’m not sure how I want this relationship but I’m hoping it could lead somewhere otherwise I I’m I’ll see if you want it to me and then go get some something it will help take you.u

Anyone ever been in the same boat? I’m just too scared for them I to and I just don’t can’t get.
I really like her but I’m under stress from work and possibly moving countries so it might be cruel for a long distance, especially if there’s kids involved.

They appear to cover mine from a distance but if you’re close they’re visible, it’s acceptable enough for hall photos but the cosplay I wear them with has a long dress so my legs are not really a focal point anyway. Also consider using an electric razor with a length guard to shorten the hairs, they’ll still be there and will feel prickly through the nylon but this should allow the tights to hide them better than at full length. Plus since the hair is still there you wouldn’t have to worry about ingrown hairs.

I find that it's usually the sheer nylon flesh tone pantyhose are the ones that look awful in photos, imo proper matte opaque dance tights look better than real legs if the skin tone is close enough

That's by far the most attractive thing about her to me. I'm not into that kind of build at all but women with body confidence are fucking hot. If I had the choice I'd only date women with exhibitionism fetishes.

I recently got a pair of dance tights and they changed cosplaying forever. I cant pee anymore since I got the full body ones (so if I cosplay a character that has her stomach showing I can have a bit of modesty) but they're really great. I wish more heavy weight cosplayers would wear them because it would really help with all the cellulite they have...

>I wish more heavy weight cosplayers would wear them because it would really help with all the cellulite they have...

Hmm that makes me wonder if lack of tights might be a body positivity thing? I’ve seen posts talking about how cellulite is natural and even muscular women have it, so with body positivity being popular in some parts of the cosplay community that may be why they aren’t worn as much. There’s less inclination to hide cellulite when they don’t see it as a flaw or are trying to embrace it.

I think it's a combination of factors.

One thing is that the demographics have changed. Cosplayers, by and large, used to be nerds who weren't very confident and never showed skin outside of cosplay. The new generation are a lot more normie and comfortable with it. Society at large has also moved toward "sexier" clothing.

Another is that cosplay has gotten more scandalous in general, and showing some bare leg doesn't seem like as big of a deal when so many girls are walking around in microbikinis and bondage gear and shit.

Something else might be changes in the way guys act. Dudes, aside from creeps, are pretty terrified of approaching girls, especially ones in sexy outfits, at cons these days, as evidenced by the number of girls I've known and seen complaining about how they get tons of attention in cutesy outfits but ignored in sexy outfits and how they don't get why it happens. I think many cosplayers WANT that male attention for one reason or another (affirmation, photos, relationships/sex, or just plain socialization and company) and they think that they're not being sexy ENOUGH so they do things like showing bare skin instead of stocking in hopes of attracting that attention, not understanding that they're actually making people afraid to approach them for fear of seeming like creeps.

>> No.10320644

>>10320624
As a standard male, I totally feel this; I appreciate seeing all cosplays, whether it's cute or sexy or in-between, but the stigma behind being seen a creep is so huge that I just don't bother to compliment a "sexy" cosplayer's work, or ask for a photo.

If it's a "cute" outfit? Not only is there more to talk about with regard to the actual cosplay, but they're less intimidating to approach because you feel like people don't think you're doing it just because you're a horndog.

>Society at large has also moved toward "sexier" clothing.

No it hasn't. Maybe in the 2000s and early '10s, but not anymore. Things are actually getting more modest.

I see a lot of very revealing clothing here in LA, more than I can ever remember. Girls show less bare skin but make up for it by going around in leggings that show everything. The clothes may technically cover more but the also reveal way more than anything I remember in my lifetime. Swimsuits have also gotten pretty kinky too, and it's kind of a similar situation, they may have the same amount of material as before but the designs are much more suggestive than before, often bondage-inspired and cut out in areas that older bikinis wouldn't have shown.

I saw a girl recently wearing a pair of white leggings that were pretty much transparent and clearly showed the tiny g-string she was wearing underneath. I know that's an outlier but it still blew my mind.

I think clothing being more modest or not has to do with where you live, what type of people you see day to day, and what type of clothing is available in your area.

I live in the northern hemisphere in a densely populated suburban area and the only time I see modest clothing outside of work, where it’s required by dress code, is during winter. I see both adult and adolescent women wearing super revealing clothing in summer here, from completely bare butts on the beach or at the pool to tight pants that leave nothing to the imagination, crop tops and baby tees with belly out, shorts so short they show some cheek, and literal lingerie being worn as shirts. Not to mention to use of kink and bondage gear as accessories.
