I mean technically a private event like a con can make up whatever rules they want for who can attend as long as they don't discriminate against actual federally protected groups like race, sex, etc. So a con could hypothetically instate a BMI limit if they wanted to, and the result would be business suicide. It would completely obliterate their reputation and people would choose not to go even if they were thin because it'd be a fucktarded, needlessly exclusive rule, and they'd lose out on a ton of money because turns out most people don't actually care about the presence of fat people enough to bother shunning them from an event like a convention. But if you don't want them at your con, then legally there's nothing stopping you from starting your own con and banning them. If you think it's a good business move then go for it lol.

I've never posted this graph anywhere before, I just saw it talked about on a podcast.
If your assumption was correct, then the male graph would look like a reverse of the female one. It's not, it's literally a near perfect bell curve which shows a very clear representation of an average among the tested individuals.
Also, yes I do notice how well women take pictures on dating websites. What else could I do but clap whenever I see them hide almost 100 lbs behind a fucking door frame?
