Found it! Oof the price on the listing compared to the tag but it is special edition so that makes sense. Maybe the pink one sells for less. Oof. Yeah the red is probably really easy to run. Red dyes are ridiculously sensitive to heat I noticed as well. Sweating in a red and white dress once even after a wash left dye running everywhere for me and it took washing in hot water with some oxygen bleach tide pods to get the stained dye out. Maybe it would work for HC too.

Whenever I see rarer DDs pop up for relatively affordable prices I get a surprising amount of secondhand anxiety for the anon who wants it. Like, did they see it in time? Were they the one to grab it? Especially when it's someone who's been posting for a while with no success. If it's up for very cheap and will sell quick sometimes I even wonder if I should buy it myself to pass along at cost just because I've gotten myself emotionally invested in their success, but then I realize that's crazy for a stranger and never actually do.

I've helped buy dresses for friends down on cash/having paypal issues who I know will pay me back, because it makes me happy to see them get a piece they really want. With strangers, I worry it could end up with someone deciding they don't really want the dress, or not for the price it was posted at. So I just email a link and hope for the best for them.

I think there are a good amount of people with good intentions here. Three anons (myself not among them, hadn't been looking) came to email or post the link to that dress asap. I think the helpful people are just often quieter, and post less/don't get sucked into arguments, so they're less visible. It's why posting in this thread and keeping an eye out for others DD's is still worth it to me even if other threads (or this one) eventually dissolve into arguments.
