It's not that bad. Colour and composition looks good because she did manage to balance sax, ivory and white together, so I'd give her props for that at least. Her hair may have been bigger in the morning and deflated in the heat, it looks hot outside of the pool of shadow she's posing in, plus those scraggly ends looks like she made an effort to curl her hair but whatever product she was using didn't hold well enough. At least she looks clean and is wearing makeup and accessories.

No idea about those ugly socks and sandals, but it's not as much of a total mess as you'd think. At least you can see she put in the effort but is apparently having trouble with the heat.

I don't know about you, but I'm not typically a fan of winter. That being said, I take a lot of comfort in wearing lolita during the season because it's perfect for keeping warm. I also find that I'm cheered up when I put together a coord on a cold day.

A genetic anomaly isn't a new gender category, that's like saying people with Down's syndrome are a different species.

Also true hermaphroditism doesn't actually exist in any documentation, the term you're looking for is "intersex" and it can refer to a wide array of chromosomal defects which can result in anything from hormonal issues, to a woman with a functioning reproductive system plus a set of undescended testes.
