>Some cuck who got memed into thinking two consenting adults fooling around with recreational drugs means the male is a rapist
Haha ok.
Unless >>10151489 is going to post the rest of the story with some relevant information to suggest otherwise, they all deserve their misery.

I’m not gonna post the whole twitter story but the long and short of it is he kissed her and groped her, she texted her friend to give her an excuse to leave. He asked to eat her out, she said no and left.
Moral of the story is don’t do drugs without your friends.

So I'm right, how sad.
You know, considering my proximity to some seriously heinous sexual abuse, it gets really tiring to hear "I was assaulted" and reflexively think "lying thot" and be right more often than not. Nu-feminist rape culture was a mistake.

Oh shit I remember they were looking for more people to join in on shooting at this location and I thought about going. Glad I didn’t.
His Instagram story posts are pathetic as fuck and very much a “woe is me” pity party rather than an apology.

Read the tweets in >>10151489. She tells her whole story.

Sexual assault does cover more than outright rape. Groping someone without their consent can also be considered sexual assault.

The way she ended the sentence with a comma made me think she just hit the character limit.

>>10151503
That's true, but according to the story, he came onto her and she just left. The problem with trying to conflate certain actions that would previously just be considered poor flirting with sexual assault is that you wind up with events like this having to be technically investigated (at least, had she actually gone to the police which most of these attention-claims never do) as assault. Ordinarily, if you went in for a kiss on a friend and met no immediate rebuttal, you might get handsy.

Now there's not a lot of detail to the posts provided, so I could be wrong here, but this is typically where most advances get shut down. "No," disengages the situation and it's awkward. Nobody I know -- SA victims included -- would consider this sexual assault. The issue with affirmative consent is that it's not only not how people actually interact intimately, but it removes the possibility of shooting someone down. Either you're sufficiently skilled in CHA and things progress or you're a sexual predator, no middle ground.

The tweets posted never indicate she expressed her discomfort, just that she came up with a reason to bail. Obviously common sense is at play here; if someone stalks and rapes you, you obviously don't need to argue why you didn't express your discomfort, but what's prevented as some awkward unwanted advances doesn't quite constitute sexual assault in spirit, even if it does in letter. Really, discretion comes into play, but that seems to be an aspect of interaction that's been rapidly eroding (see: Vic Mignona and that jelly bean story or what have you). Incidents that would otherwise be considered a typical part of dating for men and women (because men get awkward advances as well but still don't typically consider them felony assault) is starting to fall into a coin flip as to whether or not you're absolutely confident you can "bag" the person.

It's hard to believe so many sexual assault cases and accusations now since so many cosplayers are claiming them to gain sympathy points when many of the scenarios are just sexual encounters people regretted later (e.g. Jessie Pridemore)

Friend of mine recently had someone claiming he raped the girl, but after digging, we figured out she just regretted having sex to try to get over another guy, and no rpae ever even happened. Also found out she accused three other guys of the same fucking thing.

90% of cosplay photogs are creepers when are girls going to stop working with them especially for "lewdz"

At the very least always have a female friend in the room with you

Or better yet get a female photog to shoot your boudoir stuff

>> No.10151529

See, context matters.
She said no, and he was obliged to disengage at that point. Assuming this is true, everything he did after she said no was wrong. When you're coming onto someone, no doesn't mean "try somewhere else on my body" it's a stop sign.

However, I'm curious as to whether or not this is an inconsistency: She was only wearing a microbikini, but his hands were in her pants? There's only so many places your hands can go beneath a microbikini but she doesn't describe it like he's palming or fingering her.

I'll be interested to see where this story goes. If you're actively told no and keep pursuing like that, even my devil's advocate concedes you dun goofed, but the wording on her tweet chain is suspect (along with the no-police-just-shame thing being typical twitter thottery). I'm a guy and if I'm wearing a speedo and some unwanted person of either gender shoves their hand down it, I'm fighting until the police get there and probably after.

>I'm fighting until the police get there
But you're a guy, right? A woman can struggle, but it's not quite a fight due to the intrinsic gap in strength. Runs the risk of just making the aggressor angrier, hence why a lot of women freeze and try to defuse the situation non-violently.

Also by in her pants, I'm guessing he was reaching under the pants of her microbikini.

Regardless of the actual piece of clothing, this means he's doing something to her vajay.

Yeah, that's what I figured, but the wording was so vague.
